Preparation will depend on the type of scan you are having done. Please see below for specific instructions.

Upper abdomen – Pancreas, Liver, Gallbladder, Kidneys, Spleen

Please allow 30 minutes for this ultrasound
Cost $300
Please have nothing to eat or drink (except water) for 6 hours before your scan.
You can take your usual medication. If you are diabetic, please discuss with your referring doctor.

Whole Abdomen - Pancreas, Liver, Gallbladder, Kidneys, Spleen, Bladder and Pelvic Organs

Please allow 45 minutes for this ultrasound
